“Building A Better BLSA”

The Glenn T. Johnson Chapter of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA) was established at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Our purpose is to utilize the collective resources of the chapter members to articulate and promote the professional needs and goals of Black law students; foster and encourage professional competence; and influence the legal community to initiate meaningful change to meet the needs of the Black community as a whole.

We welcome and encourage students of all races and ethic backgrounds to become active members of our organization. It is our belief that diversity within our membership is necessary and appropriate to realize our goals.
