LegalEase Single Sign On
ITS is working with Administrative Computing to make life a little easier for students and faculty.  This summer, students and faculty members  will only need to remember one login ID in order to login to the JMLS network, the email or in to LegalEase.  Users will be able to use their network/ email login ID and password to gain access to LegalEase. Now that is easy.

Returning students will still need to remember their "student ID number" in order to take tests and resolve issues with the Register's office, the Business office and Financial Aid office.  In the fall, the Registrar's Office will provide stickers with the "student ID number" available for returning students to place on their existing ID cards.

New students will be issued IDs with the "student ID number" imprinted on the card.

High Definition
Recently, you may have noticed something catch your eye in the second floor lounge.  That probably was the new plasma screen monitors and high definition satellite programming.  ITS and Media Services are working on some more new and exciting additions to the 2nd floor.  Stay tuned.

ITS Department
The ITS department offices and the Help Desk will be moving to the 2nd floor, right next to the Student Lounge.  JMLS will begin construction on a new department for ITS in May; this department will house all the ITS team members in one place, so you will no longer have to search for support.  We expect that this new, high tech department will be completed over the summer and will be ready for the Fall semester.
