JD Programs

John Marshall's Center for Tax Law and Employee Benefits offers JD candidates the opportunity to concurrently earn a joint JD/LLM by applying the first 10 credit hours satisfactorily completed in the LLM program to the 90 credit hours required to complete their JD.

JD candidates interested in practicing tax law can enhance their marketability in the area of federal income tax with a joint JD/LLM in Tax Law.

The Center also offers JD candidates the opportunity to enhance their employability in employee benefits by earning the only joint JD/LLM in Employee Benefits in the nation.
