"Designed by Burnham in 1904, this building is considered to be a crown jewel of Chicago's gilded age of architecture and the epitome of an early skyscraper." This site visit will consider some of the challenges faced by the owners and operators of an architecturally significant building.

A real estate practice is not limited to the sale and purchaser of homes and condos for individual clients. The Real Estate Attorneys that you will meet are all graduates of the LL.M Program. Each serves a different group of clients and has a practice which focuses on different aspects of real estate law.

Wendy Muchman is a senior counsel and group manager at the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois where she investigates and prosecutes lawyer disciplinary cases. She teaches legal ethics at Northwestern University School of Law as a member of its adjunct faculty.
