Who Should Attend?
International IP attorneys and agents (U.S. JD candidates and graduates are not eligible)
Earn an LLM or MS in Intellectual Property Law at John Marshall
Students without adequate TOEFL or IELS scores must earn a cumulative GPA of B or better for the two courses offered in the Summer Institute to be accepted in the LLM or MS in Intellectual Property Law program. Upon acceptance to the LLM or MS program, the credits of the completed summer courses will count toward the overall 24 credits required for earning the degree.* All students who pass both courses will earn a certificate of completion in the Summer Institute.
