Certificate of Concentration in International Corporate & Finance Law

Requirements

Degree candidates in the LLM in International Business & Trade Law program who are interested in pursuing a Certificate of Concentration in International Corporate and Finance Law must complete 12 credits, including 7 required credits. Degree candidates must maintain a 3.25 GPA in all courses taken towards the certificate and a 3.0 GPA overall. In instances where a degree candidate is pursuing more than one concentration, only 2 credits may be counted toward more than one certificate of concentration.
