Legal Fundamentals Pre-test

This is a test consisting of 30 multiple-choice questions and is offered each semester to assist students in their consideration of whether they should take Legal Fundamentals with Adjunct Professor Corinne Seither Morrissey.  The topics tested are Criminal Law, Torts, Contracts, Property, Evidence and Constitutional Law.  These topics will also be covered in Legal Fundamentals and similar multiple-choice exams will be given as part of the course curriculum.

You may begin the pre-test by clicking on the link below.  Please keep track of your answers to the questions on a sheet of paper.  At the end of the pre-test a link to the answer sheet will be provided.

The Pre-Test will be available immediately prior to registration for next semester.
