Kaplan/PMBR-John Marshall Program

Kaplan/PMBR lecturers make presentations on the Multistate Bar Examination and give students the opportunity to test their performance on MBE topics.  These topics include: Contracts, Torts, Property, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and Evidence.  Kaplan/PMBR also provides students with a workbook of questions.  This program is offered to students at a discount from the regular Kaplan/PMBR price.  Following the official Kaplan/PMBR three-weekend presentations, the Multistate Diagnostic Test is mandatory for all who participated in the Kaplan/PMBR Program.

In order to qualify for the special John Marshall discount, students must attend and fully complete all seven sessions, comprised of the six Kaplan/PMBR presentations and either a Saturday or Sunday administration of the Multistate Diagnostic Test.  Students who score 100 questions correct will receive $100!
